REIKI HEALING
Reiki is an energy healing system that can:
Reiki has no age range. Children and adults can experience these healing techniques along with animals large and small. The sessions can be done in person or distantly.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Your Reiki session will start by you lying on a table fully clothed and light relaxing music will be playing.
Once your practitioner starts they will either lightly place their hands on or over the body and essential oils may be used during the session. This choice is completely yours.
The practitioner will place their hands in certain positions along your body until they sense the energy has stopped flowing.
You can:
HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU MAKE A SESSION?
Anxiety, Depression,Chronic pain: 1session/week for 4 weeks for initial treatment. Then, 1 session/month for maintenance.
General wellness: 1session/month

EFT is an alternative treatments for physical pain and emotional distress. Also referred to as "tapping", lightly tapping on certain points on the body that can help clear blocked energy, create relief in physical and emotional pain.

- Improve the immune system and aid the body’s natural ability towards healing both physically and emotionally
