A session can go from 30 to 90 minutes with the exception of the first meeting (90 minutes), where you will fill out a questionnaire, discuss the process and the reason for the session. Everyone experiences Reiki differently, some may start feeling the effects right away, where others may need 2 or 3 sessions to truly feel the benefits

Tapping is an alternative therapy for releasing and treatment for physical pain, emotional distress, anxieties and fear. It can promote a sense of clarity and peace of mind that can help one move forward in a specific area in one’s life. Also considered, “acupuncture without the needles”. EFT is done by tapping on the body in a specific sequence while saying a simple statement that will help one overcome an issue. It is repeated until the client can rate the issue, on a scale rated from 0-10, the goal being
a 2 or less.
